Yearly Programs
Yearly Programs focus on a specific health issue for an entire year. This gives your employees
the time it takes to make lasting changes and discover evidence of
their hard work through lowered health screening readings and changes
in health attitudes. The programs below include your combination of health
screenings, seminars and multi-week workshops. They also include the assignment of a Health
Promotion Account Manager who will work with you and your employees to schedule the events and provide consistent follow-up.

No Weigh! Series This series encourages healthy eating and regular exercise. Efforts are
rewarded with steady or falling blood pressure and/or body composition
readings. This series is ideally begun in January or February.
Sweat & Shiver Series
This is a Summer and Winter health and safety program. Sweat issues are
sun safety, hydration and Lyme disease awareness while Shiver issues
include cold and flu prevention, holiday stress and winter fitness.
QuitButts Series
The Program supports those trying to quit smoking. Efforts are
acknowledged through lower Carbon Monoxide readings and supportive and
informative seminars and programs.

| The SmartMouths Series
The Smartmouths series teaches good nutrition and healthy cooking.
Implementation of healthy cooking and nutrition skills through seminars
and cooking demonstrations are rewarded with lowered blood pressure or
body composition readings.
The AUUGHH Series
This series focuses on stress and how to management it. Efforts are
supported with lowered blood pressure readings and regular relaxing
10-minute chair massages.
Cancer Prevention Series
This program is a four-part seminar and screening program that addresses how to lower your risk for developing cancer.
