Workshops are a series of one-hour seminars on a complete topic. Available as two-, four-, eight-, 10 and 12-week series (indicated below) give the participant the opportunity to
explore their health in-depth, with weekly feedback and support.

Series of eight, 10 or 12 classes (can provide a 4-week educational introduction) including up to 2 Carbon Monoxide screenings

• Nicotine replacement products
• Recovery symptoms, controlling weight, and managing stress through relaxation
• Assertiveness techniques and a variety of relapse prevention strategies for staying off cigarettes
