helpU was created to enhance your personal growth. Learn specific health topics such as fitness walking or attend multi-week workshops on weight management or smoking cessation for long-term behavior change. All online. Every class is attended by others so you're not alone! You get the camaradarie of others who are learning about the same topic yet you don't have to brush your teeth, burn gasoline, fight traffic and weather and find parking for a weekly seminar.
Explore the topics and sign-up. You'll receive a an email with a link and password to the page where the class will be 'held.' Plan to arrive 5 or 10 minutes before to get the website and audio set up. If you miss a one-time seminar or a lesson in a multi-week workshop, it will be available online for two weeks after the date of the course.
